Official Game Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You can play Resibo games and earn points without ever buying anything or spending money in the app. Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning any prize.

1. Sponsor

Resibo ("the Sponsor", "we", "us") operates this promotional app. Contact: resiboadmin@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Prizes won by a minor may be claimed only by that minor's parent or guardian on their behalf.
You must be a legal resident of the Philippines with a valid Philippine mobile number that can receive mobile load.
Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible for mobile load prizes.
One account per person. Duplicate, fraudulent, or automated accounts will be disqualified and have any pending prizes voided.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

There are two ways to unlock game plays, both free:

Scan a receipt — Upload a photo of any valid store receipt you already have. This does not require any purchase through the app, and you can use receipts from purchases anyone (including family or friends) has already made.
Watch a rewarded video ad — Tap "Play" and watch a short video to unlock a game play. Limit 3 ad-based plays per day per account.

Both methods grant identical odds. Neither method requires any payment.

4. Game Types & How Winners Are Determined

Resibo offers four instant-win games: Scratch Card, Spin Wheel, Lucky Box, and Slot Machine. The outcome of every game is determined by a server-side weighted random algorithm before any animation plays. The animation is purely cosmetic — the result is already decided.

5. Prize Tiers & Odds

Games award points only. Points are an in-app currency with no cash value on their own, but can later be redeemed through the Points Shop for mobile load (see Section 6).

Odds may be adjusted slightly per player to improve experience for new and returning users. No adjustment ever reduces an individual's odds below the published baseline.

6. Real Prizes (Mobile Load)

Real mobile load is awarded only via:

First Win Bonus: The first game played by a new account receives a one-time guaranteed ₱10 mobile load sent to the user's registered phone number.
Points Shop redemption: Users can redeem accumulated points for mobile load at the posted rate (500 points = ₱50, 1,000 points = ₱100).

All real prizes are sent automatically to the user's registered Philippine mobile number within 24 hours via our mobile load partner.

7. Monthly Cap

The Resibo monthly cap applies to Points Shop redemptions only: no single account may receive more than ₱100 in Points Shop mobile load per calendar month. The cap counter resets on the 1st of each month.

The First Win Bonus is not counted against the monthly cap, as it is limited to a one-time ₱10 grant per account, lifetime.

8. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any account and void any pending prizes if we detect:

Fake, duplicated, or fraudulently modified receipts.
Automated play (bots, emulators, or scripts).
Multiple accounts operated by the same person.
Any attempt to exploit bugs or defeat security measures.
Violation of these rules, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

9. Prize Delivery

Mobile load is sent as a top-up to the Philippine mobile number the user registered at signup. The Sponsor is not responsible for load sent to an incorrect number if the user entered their own number incorrectly. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash.

10. Taxes

Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time with reasonable notice. These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

12. Privacy

Participation is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect (phone number, receipt images and extracted data, device ad identifier) and how we use it. This promotion complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
