Terms of Service

Welcome to Resibo. By downloading, installing, or using the Resibo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. About Resibo
Resibo is a receipt-scanning rewards application that allows users to earn points and win mobile load by scanning their purchase receipts. The App is operated in the Philippines and is intended for users with Philippine mobile numbers.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and any prizes won by a minor may be claimed only by that minor's parent or guardian on their behalf.
- You must have a valid Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, TNT, or TM)
- You must provide accurate registration information
- One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
3. How the Rewards Program Works
Earning Points
- Scan a valid purchase receipt to earn points (1 point per P10 spent)
- Certain store categories earn bonus multipliers (e.g., Groceries 3x, Food 2x)
- Points can be redeemed in the Points Shop for mobile load (see Winning Prizes below)
Winning Prizes
- Each receipt scan earns one free game play
- Games award points only (no real mobile load is awarded directly by gameplay)
- Prize outcomes are determined by a weighted random system — winning is never guaranteed
- Real mobile load is awarded only via two channels: (1) the one-time First Win Bonus (P10) granted on a new account's first game, and (2) Points Shop redemptions (500 pts = P50, 1,000 pts = P100).
- Points Shop redemptions are subject to a monthly cap of P100 per user. The First Win Bonus is not counted against this cap — it is a one-time lifetime grant.
Prize Delivery
- Mobile load is delivered to your registered phone number via our fulfillment partner
- Delivery typically occurs within 24 hours but may take longer during high volume periods
- We are not responsible for delays caused by mobile carriers or third-party service outages
- Load is non-refundable once sent
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit fake, altered, or digitally manipulated receipts
- Submit the same receipt more than once (duplicate detection is enforced)
- Submit screenshots or photos of receipts that are not your own
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- We detect fraudulent activity on your account
- You abuse the rewards system
- You are abusive toward other users or our team
Suspended accounts lose access to accumulated points and pending prizes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the reason for suspension.
6. Points and Rewards
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Points are non-transferable between accounts. We reserve the right to adjust point balances if errors or fraud are detected. Unused points do not expire while your account is active.
7. Modifications to the Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the rewards program at any time, including:
- Point earning rates and category multipliers
- Prize amounts and availability
- Monthly caps and limits
- Game mechanics and play frequency
We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes through the App.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Resibo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That receipt scanning will always be accurate
- Specific prize outcomes or earning rates
- Availability of mobile load from all carriers at all times
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Resibo shall not be liable for:
- Loss of points or rewards due to technical issues
- Delays in prize delivery caused by third-party services
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
11. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Upon deletion:
- All personal data, receipts, and prize history will be permanently removed
- Accumulated points and pending prizes will be forfeited
- This action cannot be undone
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
